Work From Home

All team members can work remotely when not on-site at client locations. Team members typically work from home between 2-3 weeks per month.

Paid Holidays & Company-wide
Wellness Weeks

Full time employees receive the seven major holidays off each year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Also, 1 week off during the summer (week of Independence Day) and 1 week off during the winter (between Christmas & New Year's Day).

401k

We offer pre-tax and Roth 401k options. We also contribute to your 401k even if you contribute nothing on your own.

Tuition Reimbursement

Full time employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement on job-related certificate programs or education.

Paid Time Off

Full time employees receive at least 15 days off per year.

Long-term Disability

We provide long-term disability insurance at no cost to you.

This coverage is also provided at no cost to you.
