Our Approach

Design
First, we will document current state processes and architect future state processes. We will then hold detailed discussions with the business to walk through current and future state processes and to understand and capture all solution requirements.

Build
Once all requirements are agreed upon by the business, we collaborate with system implementers to build the solution. We will also drive completion of test scripts and ensure testing is ready for kickoff.

Test & Validate
We will kick off and drive completion of all testing efforts, including unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and computer systems validation. We will report on testing progress on a weekly basis and drive the resolution of defects in real-time.

Deploy
We will go live with the system and conduct Hypercare to ensure all users can readily adopt the new solution. Additionally, we will work with the system owners to transition system maintenance to steady state operations.
Change Management
Throughout the lifecycle of the implementation, we will inform end users of what will be changing, when it will be changing, and how they will be impacted. We will assist in creating and delivering end user training as needed and are committed to facilitating successful user adoption.
